Nanoindentation training

New year, new opportunities, new training, new knowledge, new research.
23/01/2024 our employees Estera Michaluk, PhD and Andżelika Dyrda, Eng. took part in a nanoindentation workshop using the Hysitron TS-77 Select nanoindenter, led by Jaroslav Lukes. The event took place at the headquarters of LABSOFT, the exclusive representative of Bruker Surfaces in Poland.
The training included:
• Theoretical foundations of techniques related to nanoindentation
• The latest achievements in the field of nanoindentation
• Mapping of hardness and elastic modulus using the Hi-Speed nanoindentation method
• Dynamic indentation for thin coatings and polymers using the nanoDMA module
• Measurements of samples produced in CBNI and discussion of the results obtained
